Every company needs a logo to show their customers who they are and what they stand for. A logo is very personal and says a lot about the company. Before I start designing, we chat about your wishes. What are your core values, which colours do you like? When looking at fonts what would you like to see in your logo, serif, sans-serif or handwritten? Do you prefer the name written as a word? Or would you like an icon? And I ask you which styles you like and dislike when looking at other companies.
I start with all the information we discussed and then brainstorm, putting all the elements together. This results in a series of designs I put into a proposal. Then follows the process of fine-tuning and amending the chosen design to the final result.
Depending on if it’s a new logo or redesign, I use the KickStart or Detox blends.
If you’ve started off with the KickStart, then Detox is an interesting blend to use a few years from now. After designing your logo, you can use In the Mix, Energise and Optimise to promote your company.
